Our core focuses are improving the livability, accessibility and beauty of our community, while preserving Oceano’s cultural diversity, historic character and coastal environment.

Oceano Beach Community Association is a non-membership group. Everyone can participate and there are no membership dues or fees. We are all supporters. We have a Steering Committee that meets regularly to vote on matters of concern.
Fiscal Statement:
The Oceano Beach Community Association (OBCA) is a non-incorporated, non-membership, nonprofit voluntary group of Oceano residents and business owners. OBCA received a fiscal sponsorship from Ecologistics, a fiscal umbrella organization for smaller groups, which allows us to receive grants and donations for projects we have outlined in our fiscal sponsorship agreement. Ecologistics provides financial oversight and ensures compliance.
